 The 2025 11th International Conference on Systems and Informatics (ICSAI 2025) will take place in Shanghai, China.
 Shanghai, the largest city in China, is celebrated for its unique blend of historical charm and modern dynamism. The city boasts iconic landmarks such as Yuyuan Garden, a classical Ming Dynasty garden; the Shanghai Museum, home to over 120,000 rare cultural relics; and the Jade Buddha Temple, which dates back to the Song Dynasty. Visitors can also explore the towering Shanghai World Financial Center, the futuristic Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the picturesque Zhujiajiao Water Town, the vibrant Disneyland Shanghai, and the legacy site of Expo 2010.

  All accepted papers from ICSAI 2025 will be submitted for indexing in EI Compendex, Scopus, ISTP (ISI Proceedings), and IEEE Xplore. The proceedings of the past ten conferences were successfully indexed in EI Compendex and IEEE Xplore within three months of each event. Furthermore, selected outstanding papers, upon substantial extension, will be considered for publication in special issues of SCI-indexed journals.
